Christina Cooper: “The first thing you should ask yourself, too, is what do I hope to accomplish with social media when thinking of your goals in particular? So for an example, if your goal is to maybe increase brand awareness. Maybe you want to grow your audience more. Perhaps you want to boost your community engagement or generate leads or sales, or maybe even drive traffic to your website. Those are all good examples of goals and which I would pick out like one, two, three, and in order to have the most importance and start there.”
